What is somatic coaching?
The word somatic comes from the Greek root soma, which means “the living body in its wholeness.”
We can often feel stuck in unhelpful patterns because of stress, anxiety or emotional overwhelm. Somatic coaching is an approach to change that connects your body’s response to how you think and feel. By tuning into feelings and sensations, you can sooth your nervous system and gain mental clarity, allowing you to be more present for the things you love.
I’ll support you as you notice how emotions express in your body and learn to be curious and kind with yourself when intense thoughts, feelings or sensations come up. We’ll work together to identify your physiological response to stress and find new ways to move and think that support your growth. You’ll practice gentle movement exercises and gain the tools to listen to, trust and act on your intuition for a more satisfying and successful life.

As a somatic expert, professional dancer and award winning choreographer, I’m passionate about creating spaces for people to feel safe and empowered in their bodies.
